2. Strict Counseling & Therapy Confidentiality
All counseling requests and session notes are strictly confidential. Information shared with our certified family counselors and referral network is never disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent, except under mandatory legal safeguarding exceptions outlined in Section 4.
3. Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy
Our Educational Support Pillar serves children from broken and single-parent homes. We operate under a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding child abuse, exploitation, or neglect.
- Direct School Disbursements: Educational sponsorship funds are paid directly to verified primary and secondary school accounts in Delta State, not cash hand-outs.
- Child Dignity: We do not publish identifying photographs or full names of vulnerable children without informed parental/guardian consent.
- Staff & Volunteer Screening: All volunteers and mentors interacting with minors undergo thorough reference and background verification.
4. Safeguarding Exceptions to Confidentiality
Confidentiality may be broken only when required by law or professional ethical guidelines to prevent severe harm:
- Where there is evidence of imminent danger or risk of severe bodily harm to oneself or another person.
- Where child abuse, sexual abuse, or severe neglect of a minor is disclosed or suspected.
- Where compelled by a legally binding court order under Nigerian law.
5. How We Use Your Information
Your information is utilized solely to provide compassionate support services, coordinate counseling appointments, process academic sponsorships, respond to inquiries, and send occasional Foundation updates. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to any commercial entities.

We maintain secure digital database storage with encrypted transmission protocols (SSL/TLS) and strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
