Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website and services operated by Connecting Hearts for Singles & Married Foundation ("Foundation", "we", "us", or "our") at connectingheartsng.org, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Organizational Purpose & Scope
The Connecting Hearts Foundation provides safe community spaces, free and subsidized counseling referrals, relationship education, and child academic support in Warri, Delta State, and across Nigeria. Our platform is dedicated to promoting healthy family dynamics, emotional healing, and child welfare.
2. Medical & Emergency Services Disclaimer
Connecting Hearts Foundation is NOT an emergency crisis intervention centre or medical healthcare provider. Our counseling services provide supportive relationship guidance and referral network access. If you or someone you know is facing immediate physical danger, severe psychiatric crisis, or self-harm, please contact local emergency medical services or security authorities immediately.
3. Connecting Hearts Experience Events
Registration for the Connecting Hearts Experience conference editions (including future launch events in Warri) is subject to availability and event guidelines. Attendees are expected to maintain respectful, non-judgmental, and constructive decorum toward fellow participants and speakers.
4. Support Intake & Counseling Requests
Submitting a request for counseling or educational support does not guarantee instant session assignment. Requests are evaluated based on urgency, capacity, and appropriate matching with qualified family counselors or partner schools.
5. Financial Contributions & Sponsorships
All financial donations made to Connecting Hearts Foundation are deployed strictly toward specified Foundation pillars, including child tuition payments, therapy session subsidies, and conference hosting in Delta State. Donations are non-refundable once processed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, articles, guides, graphics, and video materials, is the property of Connecting Hearts for Singles & Married Foundation or its content creators and is protected under Nigerian intellectual property laws.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
